Saskatoon Real Estate Market Update for April 2013

There were 439 sales reported in areas 1-5 in Saskatoon during the month of April, an increase of 8% from the 406 sales reported in April 2012. This is an increase of 20% from last month which had 366 reported sales. Areas 6-9, which includes the area and communities surrounding Saskatoon, had 117 reported sales, an increase of 13% from the same period last year. Saskatoon Real Estate Market Update for March 2013

There were 344 sales reported in areas 1-5 in Saskatoon during the month of March, a decrease of 6% from the 366 sales reported in March 2012. This represents an increase of 30% from last month which had 265 reported sales. Areas 6-9, which includes the communities surrounding Saskatoon, had 114 reported sales, an increase of 10% from the 100 reported sales during the same period last year.
