Pastry


2 cups flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cups cold butter (cut into small pieces)
5 teaspoons of ice cold water

Breakfast cupcakes are a great and easy recipe to make in the mornings. You can make one or a dozen at a time and prep time is very minimal.

 

 

Breakfast Cupcakes

cupcake tray
eggs
thinly sliced ham
filling - cream cheese, flavoured cream cheese or jam

 

 

Instructions:

Grease cupcake tray.

Fold ham into individual cupcake tin.

Add 1 tablespoon of desired “filling”.
