There were 452 reported sales in areas 1-5 of Saskatoon during April, an increase of 3% from last year when there were 437 sales during the month. This is an increase of 18% from last month when 383 sales were reported. Areas 6-9, which include acreages and the communities surrounding the city, reported 126 sales in April, up 11% from last year's 114 sales. This represents an increase of 14% from March, which saw 111 sales. 

 

The average selling price of a home in Saskatoon was $352,656 during the month, a drop of less than 1% from last year. The average selling price of a home in areas 6-9 dropped 9% from last April to $298,203. 

 

There were 884 homes listed for sale in Saskatoon during April, an increase of 18% from last year when there were 751 homes listed during the month. Areas 6-9 had 326 new listings hit the market, up 11% from last April when only 294 homes were listed for sale.
