There were 452 reported sales in areas 1-5 of Saskatoon during April, an increase of 3% from last year when there were 437 sales during the month. This is an increase of 18% from last month when 383 sales were reported. Areas 6-9, which include acreages and the communities surrounding the city, reported 126 sales in April, up 11% from last year's 114 sales. This represents an increase of 14% from March, which saw 111 sales.
Spring has arrived and it looks like warm weather is hopefully just around the corner. April is shaping up to be another busy month around Saskatoon with a variety of different events taking place.

The were 300 reported sales in areas 1-5 of Saskatoon during the month, an increase of 14% from last year when there were 263 sales reported during February. This is an increase of 31% from last month which saw 229 sales. Areas 6-9, which include the towns and surrounding communities, reported 76 sales during the month, the same number that were reported in last year's period. This is a decrease of 4% from January, when there were 79 sales during the month.
January flew by and we're already into the second month of 2014! February is shaping up to be a very busy month around the city with a number of different events taking place.
