Most of the neighbourhood is already developed with a variety of housing options, both single-family and multi-family; however, additional development is slated for commercial and retail. In the meantime, your shopping needs can be met in nearby areas at Costco, Confederation Mall, the Mall at Lawson Heights and other retail and commercial outlets.

This community has many parks that combine for a total of 52 acres. You have the 20-acre Al Anderson Park, the 15-acre Langford Park, the 14-acre Draggins Car Club Park and three smaller parks.
