Pleasant Hill is a neighbourhood in the Core Neighbourhoods Surburban Development Area in Saskatoon. Many of the older homes were built before 1908. Different levels of government are putting $3.5 million into revitalizing the residential and business space in Pleasant Hill, so this is a prime opportunity to move to this community.

The history of this area dates back to the late 1800s. As you go through the neighbourhood, you will discover many historic buildings, such as the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of St. George. Pleasant Hill has numerous parks, including the 13-acre Fred Mendel Park. Within the parks, you have a paddling pool, sports fields and other amenities. The neighbourhood’s community association organizes activities for residents through the schools.

St. Paul’s Hospital is nearby in case medical care is necessary. This residential area has some commercial space and will have more after the revitalization is complete. You can find retail outlets and other commercial businesses on 20th Street and 22nd Street.
