What used to be farmland and grazing pasture to livestock, is now known as The Willows/The Willows Golf and Country Club. In the mid 1980s, the once flat land was slowly molded and sculpted into small rolling hills, fairways, putting greens and water features. The Willows was designed to be a world class 36-hole golf course. The golf course financially suffered in its infancy causing the golf course to change ownership on two occasions. In the mid 2000s a group of investors, including Dundee Developments, purchased the land with the intention to redesign a portion of the golf house so the land could house large beautiful executive homes.

Today when you drive through The Willows, you will find gorgeous executive homes and gated bungalow-style condominium communities. As a homeowner in The Willows you can enjoy the clubhouse facilities which include an Italian themed restaurant and lounge as well as the beautiful views of the golf course landscaping.

Retail, business and other services are available in the neighbouring Stonegate Shopping Centre and business park.
